We have been catering on the Island for over 20 years and have provided quality service to local families and the biggest corporate names based here. Based in Onchan, we have been catering on the Island for over 20 years, all of our meat is sourced from Williston Butcher’s and local Manx produce is always preferred when available.

We cook a whole pig in our portable ovens at your place.
Nothing else prepares you for the flavour of pork cooked on the bone over several hours at a low heat.
Our prices include good quality disposable plates, serviettes and all rubbish is removed from site.
We can cater for 50 to 200 with a single pig and up to 500 with two machines.
Pricing can vary depending on availability through the meat plant, so book early to get the best deal.
For smaller gatherings, ask about our suckling pig offerings, usually 28 days minimum notice required

We have many years of experience in all aspects of catering, including free and paid bars, canapes, full service hot and cold buffets, sit down meals, we can even supply the disco!
